With the motion "This house believes, to improve company culture and performance, marketing should lead the way back to the office." we have the following debaters lined up to argue their case:

For - Mark Fowlestone (Founder, Multiply) and Laura Brady (Director of Marketing & Fundraising, Worldwide Cancer Research).

Against - Juliet Simpson (Founder/CEO, Stripe) and Peter Griffiths (Head of Brand Marketing, Calmac Ferries).

The Debate will be chaired by Ian McAteer.

Gerry cut his copywriting teeth at The Leith Agency. Later as creative director, he oversaw the agency’s growth into a respected creative powerhouse that challenged London's ad industry.

Gerry’s career is a masterclass in turning ideas into work that connects. He’s trained creatives around the globe for D&AD, judged the world’s biggest shows, and written for brands both global and homegrown. And now, he’s bringing his stories, wisdom, and expertise to Amplify!
