Rod has worked in the drinks industry for over 25 years, from running student unions and bars, to developing innovation for some of the UK’s biggest brands and drinks companies. He is now the Head of Innovation & Incubation at Whyte & Mackay. He thinks the best marketing happens when robust insight meets creative bravery, and he is passionate about the value of design. Rod is currently the Chair of the Marketing Society Scotland, and away from the world of work he is a semi-professional LEGO builder and an author.
