Jaimie has a strong professional interest in behavioural science and is passionate about designing content and digital experiences that are inclusive, intuitive, and insight-driven. Her leadership extends beyond project work - she has played a key role in shaping progressive workplace policies around parental leave, fertility support, and transparency, advocating for genuine equality and wellbeing in the creative industries.

She is also the driving force behind her agency’s “InsideLane” internship programme, which offers aspiring creatives real-world experience in advertising and design.
