Our Future Leaders programme of events have been developed over the years to provide insights, inspiration and practical take-aways for Future Leader level members who are aspiring to senior roles in our industry.
Our first instalment of our 2025 four-part series of events is taking place on Thursday 30th January from 3.30-6pm at Custom Lane in Edinburgh.
Turning the tables on leadership
Kicking off the session with our new programme sponsors Lane, we’ll be joined by Fellows and Founders - Ali Findlay, CEO of Lane and Barry Fearn, Managing Director of Lane Media. Together, with Future Leader members Ash Chalmers and Lane’s Head of Content Jaimie Gosset, they will share their insight into how you can pursue a passion or specialism at work and use it to elevate your career.
Lane / Lane Media is Scotland’s largest independent and integrated creative and media agency driving impact and brand growth from proposition to performance.
After a quick insight into how Ali and Barry founded and grew their agencies, this interactive session will cover how to identify what interests you most value at work, where your heart lies as a specialist subject, and how to turn it into a business opportunity that you and your leadership team will champion!
Ash and Jaimie will also share how this has worked for them and what they have learnt along the way.
The session will be chaired by our newly appointed Future Leaders Advisory Group Chair, Francesca Coia from Republic of Media.
Places at this free event will be restricted, so you should book using the button below as soon as possible to secure your spot. If you have any issues with online booking, please contact us.
