CHANGEMAKERS CONFERENCE: AMBITION
On 5 November, more than 300 marketers will gather at Museum of the Future for one day, on one stage, with speakers who have turned bold ambition into action.
This year’s conference theme is Changemakers: Ambition – a rallying cry for marketers to reclaim their rightful place at the heart of business growth, leadership and societal progress.
Marketing has the power to move businesses, shape culture and bring communities together. At a time of uncertainty and pressure, ambition means having the confidence to see what could be - and the courage to make it happen. Ambition rooted in purpose, fuelled by imagination and measured by the progress we create.
The line-up spans Primark’s marketing story as it opens doors in the region, the business transformation behind The Giving Movement, and the ambition shaping Miral Destinations. Hear how TikTok challenges familiar definitions of success, how Bulletproof founder Gush Mundae rethinks growth and fulfilment, and how a community rallied to help save The Camel Soap Factory.
Alongside these business stories, Azeem Rafiq explores the courage to speak up, Prime Performance Labs examines the mental performance behind sustained ambition, and our Made by Members speakers share deeply personal experiences of taking the next step - when it feels beyond reach.
Expect candid conversations, fresh perspectives and ideas to take into your next business decision. This is your opportunity to step back, connect with an ambitious marketing community and return ready to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
For Marketers Who Mean Business.
“The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark.” Michelangelo

Aoife & Terry Kane
A Journey to Everest Base Camp
Terry and his 12-year-old daughter embarked on a challenging 17-day trek to Everest Base Camp, covering hundreds of kilometres on foot and reaching an altitude of 5,364 metres in temperatures as low as -35°C.
Together, they navigated basic conditions, extreme altitude and very real risks. While Terry faced severe altitude sickness, his daughter showed extraordinary resilience—not only completing every step through her own grit and determination but also looking after her father when he needed her most.
As part of our Made by Members section, Terry and his daughter will share the story behind their unforgettable adventure and the lessons they learned about preparation, perseverance and pushing beyond perceived limits.

As part of our Made by Members section, Ebaid will share what these ventures taught him that corporate life never did, how ambition shaped the journey and why he, Brian and Jackie now run a studio together, 42 Wonder Road.
Emma Cantwell
Architecture Over Awareness: Redefining Leadership and Sustainable Performance
