We bring together the best of new talent each year to help build relationships with like-minded marketers. Over one day this year's cohort of rising star marketers will cover a range of topics within marketing leadership.
The Ones To Watch recognises and nurtures the marketing leaders of the future, providing frameworks to become bolder and braver marketers. Time will be spent focussing on equipping delegates with the skills, tools and insights to use in their everyday working lives to continue to flourish and grow in their career.

This is a leadership development programme for marketers who have between 5-10 years’ experience (Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Senior Manager level) and are looking to build on their personal development and gain the tools they need to take the next step on their leadership journey.
