He is, also, the CMO and Venture partner at Una Terra, where Rupen is responsible for scaling the impact and growth of the fund, the companies invested in, and the broader movement addressing climate change and the loss of biodiversity. Prior to this, Rupen served as the outside-in global CMO at Dole Sunshine Co., blueprinting a company-wide transformation with sustainability at the heart of the company’s business model.
In addition to Forbes, Rupen has been induction into the WFA’s Marketers Hall of fame, has been recognized as a CMO to watch by Business Insider & named a sustainability star by Adweek. Furthermore, Rupen is a member of the executive board at the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA). Through his career, Rupen has contributed his expertise as a member of advisory boards at the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Copenhagen Cartel, Bayer’s Healthcare Creative Council, and Female Founders.
