Leading with purpose, especially while navigating so much uncertainty and change as we have over the past year or so, requires resilience. It requires resilient thinking, behaviour and action.  As a marketing leader or a marketer who aspires to lead a team or organisation how do you ensure purpose is at the heart of your marketing and indeed everything your organisation does?  Why should purpose matter and how does having a clear purpose and focussed leadership from the top help you to connect authentically with your audience? If you don’t currently have a clear purpose, how and importantly why should you address this? 

You will leave this session, knowing more about what purpose can do and mean for an organisation – for its customers and its people.  You’ll understand how to look at your own organisation’s purpose and understand how that purpose can be effectively communicated through your marketing, people, products and services.
