What the talks will cover:

Leading with AI: A candid look at how AI is being used day-to-day at a leadership level and why leaders can't afford to delegate this to ‘the experts.’ We’ll explore AI as a thought partner (not a shortcut) with practical examples of why different AI tools are used and why human creativity and judgement is more valuable - not less.

The Leadership Mindset Shift: Focusing on the why - why leader behaviour matters, why experimentation is powerful and why AI is as much about effectiveness as efficiency.  Our speakers will share thoughts on what leaders signal to their organisations when they lean in, learn openly and model curiosity.

From Fear to Fluency A personal journey from being intimidated by AI to leading an AI-first business. We’ll challenge the notion that AI is for techies, revealing how it fits into every role when approached with curiosity. With real examples from healthcare and product development, this talk highlights the value of hands-on learning and asking the right questions.

Getting Your Hands Dirty A practical perspective on what AI experimentation looks like in large, commercial organisations. From shifting consumer behaviour and search, to productivity gains with agencies, leadership training and proof-of-concept testing, our speakers will share what happens when we stop waiting for perfect answers and start experimenting. You'll also hear how board-level expectations are evolving to more grounded, value-driven conversations.
After the talks, we'll break into Fellow led circle discussions for a deeper dive into the topics, to exchange ideas and explore practical applications of AI together.
