Sarah Fuller is CMO at The Automobile Association, the UK’s favourite breakdown and driving services business, leading group marketing and the subsidiary, AA Media, which markets hotel and restaurant accreditation schemes, publications and retail products.

Sarah has also been a Trustee of Bristol Zoological Society since 2019, advising on marketing, visitor experience and commercial growth. 

She started her career at Procter & Gamble Health & Beauty Care before moving into commercial and marketing leadership roles at Telewest/Virgin Media, British Airways and Waitrose, winning the Marketing Society Grand Prix, IPA Effectiveness Gold and National Business awards.  Sarah then moved into PE-backed business turnaround and interim roles across a wide range of industries before joining Nando’s as Covid lockdowns began to lead their multi-channel transformation and growth-driving marketing.  

Sarah studied Natural Sciences (Zoology) at Cambridge University, retaining a deep interest in sustainable development and conservation.  She lives in West London with husband, two teens and a Cocker Spaniel and loves winter sports (ice skating, skiing and ski touring), cooking, supporting Brentford FC and volunteering in a group restoring a local orchard and gardens.
