As Vice President of Global Brands at Kitopi, Ziad drives the vision and strategy across Kitopi’s largest global brands, overseeing a team of brand managers, chefs, content creators, creative designers, marketing specialists, and franchise managers to grow Kitopi’s brands across markets. Prior to joining Kitopi, Ziad co-founded and led the hugely successful delivery-only restaurant group Cloud Restaurants, under which he has operated some of Dubai’s best-loved delivery brands such as Go! Healthy, Go! Pasta, Go! Greek and Lotsa! Lazy Cake. Beyond virtual restaurants, Ziad also co-founded Couqley- a full service French Bistro and Bar in the UAE
