The Marketing Society Hong Kong’s annual Changemakers Conference for 2024 was all about Impact. The theme ignited a powerful gathering of leaders who delivered inspiring stories to drive change for brands, people and for society, too.

One of our sessions was with Ines Gafsi, Chapter Chair and CEO of Inspiring Girls Hong Kong and Mary Tsang, Student Leader & Creative Artist in a panel moderated by Hina Wainwright, Chief Marketing Officer, NEON Leaders & Vice Chair of The Marketing Society Hong Kong.  Inspiring Girls joined us to share their powerful story on how they equip girls aged 14-16 with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their future and are looking for role models from senior leaders. They aim to empower girls by offering visibility to diverse career paths, bridging gender gaps and boosting confidence through role models and educational programmes.
