Monica Bhatia leads the Enterprise Solutions Group for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions in Southeast Asia, managing a rapidly expanding portfolio of enterprise-tier customers. Her focus is on fostering partnerships and enlightening customers about pivotal marketing and B2B research themes, emphasizing success, retention, and growth narratives. Monica crafts and executes cross-functional strategic plans, collaborating seamlessly with teams specializing in marketing, insights, technical operations, and content strategy.
Beyond her core role, Monica is the Global Co-Lead role for External Partnerships for the Women@ LinkedIn Employee Resource Group, focused on social impact, driving diversity and inclusion.

Monica likes to call herself a marketing communications specialist, having worked across brands, media, and creative agencies. Some of her previous roles include Managing Director & Client Partner at Essence Media agency – a part of WPP & GroupM, and marketing roles at L'Oréal, Dabur, and Godrej Group. She has also worked with multiple media and creative agencies such as Maxus Worldwide and Lowe.
For over a decade in leadership roles, Monica has shaped company strategies, influenced Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) globally, and championed the power of media, creativity, and technology to craft groundbreaking campaigns. She consistently promotes strategic thinking, creativity, and innovation, anchoring campaigns in data-driven insights.
Monica has called Singapore home for several years and has also lived in Indonesia, Vietnam, Nepal, and India. Her journey from a young career-focused individual in India to a trailing spouse in Nepal, Indonesia, and Vietnam, and now back to a career-focused woman, inspires her to share her story to help other women navigate similar milestones.
