"Hold the Vision, Trust the Process"
Who has been your biggest influence?
My surroundings; family, friends, and colleagues... constantly show their pride in me through their encouraging words. Their belief in me motivates me to continue my journey and strive for even greater growth.
What is your most hated business expression?
"You're the marketer!" an expectation that being a marketer means you are deeply involved and professional in graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography, in addition to being responsible for all aspects of marketing: content creation, SEO, PPC, social media, website management, and so much more.
What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
Finding a way to integrate HR with Marketing by creating a quiz that encourages applicants to identify the type of team member they could be. This initiative served three key objectives: assessing whether the applicant's personality aligns with the work environment, increasing website traffic, and increasing brand mentions on social media.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
Elon Musk, in my opinion, is the role model for visionary individuals in Gen Z. He influences me through his innovation, sustainable solutions, authentic personality, and bold vision for the future, inspiring a tech-savvy generation driven to challenge norms and create a meaningful global impact.
Additionally, his strategy on his X account has significantly influenced the rise of "meme coins" like Dogecoin and Shiba Inu, showcasing his unique ability to shape trends and impact markets in unconventional ways.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
"empty and purposeless meaning-creative minds revive it into vibrant expression."
Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?
As one of the earliest members of Gen Z, I believe that connecting with great marketing minds and exploring their career approaches can help shape the future of our generation. As a representative of Gen Z at The Marketing Society, I am committed to continuous learning and growth. By drawing inspiration from industry leaders and experts, I strive to influence and support my fellow Gen Z peers as they carve their marketing paths, driving a brighter future for ourselves and creating a meaningful impact on the world.
Why does marketing matter to you?
I always say, "empty and purposeless meaning-creative minds revive it into vibrant expression." What could be more beautiful and satisfying than helping brands come alive to the public through your support, leaving your unique fingerprint on a company or individual's journey? I believe that marketing is an innate skill within each person. We practice marketing everywhere and all the time, whether it’s a child building a friendship with a classmate or a professional pitching an idea to a client... it’s all about connection, communication, and creating value.
Tell us something that’s not on your CV
I never gave up, and one trick I always follow is imagining myself achieving the things I dream about. Whether it was getting a Barbie house, enrolling in the college I wanted even while being in a completely different country with little hope of joining it, earning the scholarship I desired, working in the place I had always dreamed of, or meeting one of my favorite singers and genuinely connecting with them...these are just a few examples of the achievements that have shaped my journey.
