What’s your golden rule?
When in doubt trust your gut and be your own biggest cheerleader.
Who has been your biggest influence?
Growing up, my biggest influence was probably my mum. Professionally, I’ve learned the most from Nick Garrett, Sujata Bhatia and not forgetting my wife, who inspires me every day.

Which leader do you admire most and why?
Maybe a bit cringe, but my boss TS (Monzo CEO) strikes the perfect balance of being caring, smart and challenging, which in my opinion is the best recipe for a great leader.
Special mention to Frank Lampard. What he has achieved with Coventry City is nothing short of amazing.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
Honestly, making time for deep thinking. The context switching is constant and the list never ends, but real progress only happens when you create the space to think deeply.
