In our final Book Circle of the year, we’re delighted to welcome Tim Mason, former Deputy CEO and CMO at Tesco, now CEO at Eagle Eye, to talk about his book 'Omnichannel Retail: How to Build Winning Stores in a Digital World'. Tim is renowned for being instrumental in the creation of Tesco’s Clubcard scheme.


About the Author

Tim Mason has over 30 years’ of experience within the grocery and retail industries, with a strong background in strategic marketing and customer loyalty.

Previously Tim was a managing director at Sun Capital Partners and is currently a Non-executive Director at Gousto. Prior to that he was Deputy CEO at Tesco from January 2010 to December 2012. He held a number of other roles within the Tesco Group including CMO for Tesco and CEO of Fresh & Easy LLC.

Whilst at Tesco, Tim was instrumental in the creation of Clubcard, Express, Personal Finance and Tesco.com. Tim's book, ‘Omnichannel Retail – How to build winning stores in a digital world’ was shortlisted in the Business Book Awards 2020.
