We’re excited for our last Industry Insights session of 2021, hosted by Johnnie Walker Princes Street on December 7.
Just last year, the Johnnie Walker brand celebrated 200 years since founder John Walker opened the doors to his small grocery store. The Princes Street building brings to life the journey of one of the most popular Scottish whisky brands in the world and its makers, creating a unique welcome for people all over the globe. Guests explore flavours from across Scotland and sensory expressions from around the globe to discover their perfect serve; whether a whisky dram loyalist, innovative cocktail enthusiast, or aficionado of alcohol-free quenchers.
On Tuesday 7 December from 4.30pm to 7pm, Marketing Society members will be invited for a welcome drink (and mince pies) in the Label Studio to hear the Johnnie Walker Princes Street story first hand from the team involved and take part in 'What’s your Whisky?' Flavour Profiling.
Following the talks, guests will take part in a bespoke 60 minute full sensory tour which includes drinks tailored to your flavour preferences.
After the event, we'll host our annual Christmas Drinks in the Bothy Bar - a chance to celebrate the festive season with colleagues and friends.
This event is for members only, with tickets costing £35 + VAT. As there are limited spaces available, tickets are restricted to 5 per organisation and we encourage you to book as soon as possible so you don’t miss out.
A huge thank you to Johnnie Walker Princes Street for their hospitality.
This programme of events, sponsored by Food Standards Scotland, is designed to provide Marketing Society members with an opportunity to gain insights into different industries, organisations and disciplines.
