Our Future Leaders programme of events have been developed over the years to provide insights, inspiration and practical take-aways for Future Leader level members who are aspiring to senior roles in our industry.

Our second instalment of our 2025 four-part series of events is taking place on Thursday 1 May from 4-6pm with speaker Chris Marsh, Managing Director at Carat, and Fellow of The Marketing Society.

Resilience: The Key to Success

Chris will deliver a presentation on the resilience needed to succeed in the marketing industry. He will also share his experiences from both agency and client-side roles, offering candid insights into overcoming challenges, learning from failure, and building a successful career.

The session will be chaired by Michael Goldberg, Vice Chair of the Future Leaders Advisory Group (FLAG), who will also interview Chris after his presentation.
