Get ready for an immersive, fast-moving crisis simulation designed to test your instincts and sharpen your decision-making under pressure.
You’ll be teamed up with a small group of fellow Members. Th team from The Drill will set the scene with the core challenges organisations face in a crisis and introduce the four stages you’ll be working through: Pre-Event, Triage, Comms, and Post-Event.

Then the action begins
Every 20 minutes, new threats drop into the simulation portal. Working in teams, you’ll assess the situation, decide your next moves, and present your strategy as the scenario intensifies. Using our Crisis Diagnostic Tool, you’ll score your performance at each stage and see how your table stacks up as a potential “winning team.”

We wrap with insights from our facilitators, spotlighting what strong crisis leadership really looks like - disciplined thinking, clear priorities, and smart communication.
This is a high-energy, collaborative session that lets senior leaders test readiness, learn from peers, and pressure-test their approach in a safe, engaging environment.
