AI is no longer on the horizon. For most organisations it is already embedded in daily working practice. While the spectrum of experience is wide, what almost everyone shares is the need for practical, credible proof of where AI adds value and where it does not.

The AI Accelerator Day in partnership with The FT is a trusted, impartial, brand-led learning experience designed to help senior marketing leaders set up, evaluate, benchmark, and scale AI with confidence. Not another AI conference. A working session for decision-makers who mean business.

Why you should be there

The decisions we make about AI in the next 12 months will shape our organisations' competitive advantage for years to come. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from people already doing it, in a peer environment designed for depth, honesty, and practical next steps.

Speakers include Becky Brock, Managing Director, Customer at Tesco plc, and Dr Ben Warner, Former Chief Data and Digital Advisor at No. 10 Downing Street and Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics, with further names to be announced.

Who is this for?

This day is designed for CMOs and senior marketing leaders, including those leading AI, digital, or transformation agendas. Places are strictly limited to two attendees per organisation to ensure the widest possible range of sectors and a genuine peer environment.

If you want a safe, honest space to understand where AI is creating real advantage and what to do next, this is for you.

Brand-led case studies

Hear directly from brand leaders on how they are using AI: the best use cases, what did not work, and what changed, from their day-to-day workflows through to their marketing leadership. Real organisations, real decisions, real results.

Peer-level roundtables

Share and listen to fellow marketers' experiences, challenges, and solutions in small, high-quality discussions designed for depth, not surface-level networking.

AI Playground

Explore a curated set of tried and tested AI solutions in small groups with credible, verified partners already being used across our membership. No noise, no pressure. Just hands-on learning with technology that is currently working for other brands.

One-to-one AI Clinics

One of the standout features of the day. Dedicated space to ask the questions you cannot ask elsewhere. Experts on hand to help, not to judge or influence, but to support you in becoming the marketer your business needs you to be.

The questions we will tackle

Strategy

Where can AI create meaningful growth and where is it overhyped? How should we prioritise use cases, resource, and investment?

Culture and skills

How is AI reshaping teams, capabilities, and leadership expectations? Will this change the perception of marketing in the business?

Execution

How do we move from experimentation to scaled implementation? What are the watchouts around data, governance, and ethics? What should we be doing now, and what can wait?
