Winning strategy made simple. 

The premise of the session is that brand strategy is – actually – very simple (don’t confuse being simple with being easy). We’ll make it real and practical, using simple techniques, exercises and tangible examples. We’ll make it something that you can use every single day.


What to Expect

You’ll leave the session with three things. 

1. An understanding of what brand strategy really is (and – importantly – isn’t). 

2. One simple tool you can use to get to a great, winning strategy on anything. Yes, anything. 

3. An understanding of the power of brand strategy in the real world: using it to influence real world behaviour, making people actually choose your brand instead of someone else’s.

It’s an action-packed, fun-filled couple of hours. It’s based on the distillation of everything I’ve learned - and put into practice - while working in advertising and consulting with some of the world’s top marketing organizations for the last 37 years.
