She has a proven track record of driving business performance for brands and agencies having worked 10 years at bigmouthmedia/ DigitasLBi before joining iProspect and becoming a senior board member of Dentsu Aegis Edinburgh. Anneli won ‘MD of the Year’ at the Scottish Women’s Business Awards in 2018 after two years of leading iProspect Edinburgh to win ‘Agency of the Year’ at the ScotlandIS Digital Awards having increased new business by 800%.

Anneli joined Andragogy.co in May 2020 and is passionate about helping businesses to develop their people to thrive and operate at peak performance.

Anneli is a board member of Scottish Women in Sport and part of the strategy council of the DMA Scotland.
