Sheryl Adkins-Green is a distinguished business executive with over three decades of transformative leadership experience across the globe. Known for her consistent track record of delivering results and developing leaders, Sheryl’s career is marked by her ability to drive topline and bottom-line growth, innovate market approaches, and lead organizations through periods of significant change.

Sheryl is known for her passion for connecting ideas, people and talents to create value. In her former role as Mary Kay Inc.’s Chief Experience Office (CXO), Sheryl supported the success of millions of women entrepreneurs by leading the global strategy that delivered a 360-degree integrated customer experience. Sheryl has also held executive positions with Alberto-Culver, Cadbury-Schweppes, Citigroup, and Kraft Foods.

In recognition of her business achievements and expertise in sales, marketing and strategy development, Sheryl has received numerous awards. She has been recognized as a @Forbes Top 50 CMO influencer and she received Brand Innovators’ 2021 Top 100 Women in Marketing Award. She was honored with the CMO Leadership Award in 2020, and in 2019, Sheryl was named to BLACK ENTERPRISE’s 2019 Most Powerful Women in Corporate America List.

Sheryl served on the Board of Trustees of Texas Christian University 2016-2024, and she currently serves as the Vice President on the Dallas Museum of Art Board of Trustees.  She is an active member of several professional organizations including the International Women’s Forum and The Executive Leadership Council. She is proud to be featured in the Valorie Burton’s best-selling book, “Successful Women Think Differently”.
