Sara Tate is an award-winning strategist and business leader with an obsession into what makes people tick. Over the past two decades she has worked in and led some of the world's most creative agencies including BBH, Mother and TBWA. She has been privileged to make globally famous advertising for the likes of Coca-Cola, British Airways and adidas having begun her career as a strategist on Mars and Unilever CPG brands.
Formerly CEO of TBWA London where she led an agency turnaround delivering 4 years of margin and revenue growth and winning a Cannes Grand Prix in 2021. Her time at TBWA crystallised in interest in how people deal with change and transformation and she went on to co-author a book focussed on rebuilding. The Rebuilders: Going from setback to comeback in business and beyond, explores rebuilding everything from failing enterprises to life after prison. Sara is also an accredited Executive Coach and currently focuses her time on working with C-Suite leaders to build purposeful and progressive organisations.
