Olivia fell out of university and into copywriting in 2000. She’s been squeezing and contorting words for comedic, emotive and commercial effect ever since, across a wide range of brands, sectors and disciplines. Something of an oddity in the industry, she’s now a female, copywriting Creative Director, who’s spent almost her whole career at a single agency, Story. As well as leading a brilliant creative team, she’s Story’s green champion, pushing the sustainability agenda within the agency. And she’s a NABS Ambassador, because she’s got a soft spot for the people she works with and believes that creativity flows when we’re at our most happy, motivated and confident.
