The Marketing Society announces significant leadership updates for its Singapore board - welcoming Claire Pinel, Senior Director, Frontline Marketing & Portfolio Lead, ASEAN & South Pacific at The Coca-Cola Company, and Stuart La Brooy, Chief Marketing Officer and SVP at Sephora SEA, Oceania & India (LVMH). These strategic appointments further strengthen the organisation's commitment to inspire, accelerate, and unite an influential community of top marketers across the Asia-Pacific region.
Claire brings over 20 years of passionate senior marketing experience across local, regional and global roles for leading FMCG companies including Unilever, Danone, and The Coca-Cola Company. As an excellent business partner and team builder who champions developing diverse and multi-cultural talents and leading cross-functional networks, she has a proven track record of delivering business growth through building loved brands and managing portfolios across categories in mature, emerging & developing markets. Claire's expertise spans building brand love while driving commercial results across complex market landscapes.
Stuart oversees marketing, customer satisfaction, and loyalty while furthering Sephora's commitment to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion objectives. He is passionate about leveraging innovation to keep the brand's omnichannel experience cutting edge, growing and creating value for the beauty community, while strengthening Sephora as a global brand icon that embraces local beauty culture and shopper needs. His leadership focuses on doubling down on diversity while delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

The board changes also see Matthias Blume step down as he relocates to Australia to take on a new role as Vice President and General Manager - Alcoholic Ready to Drink Beverages at The Coca-Cola Company.
The Singapore board is led by Chair Gita De Beer, who commented: "I'm proud to welcome Claire Pinel and Stuart La Brooy to the Singapore board.
