Chief Customer Officer, The Very Group

Jessica is an award-winning marketer known for leading brands through large transformational change. Her career spans across retail and retail banking for large-scale public and private business, and challenger brands, both in UK and Australia.

As Chief Customer Officer for The Very Group, Jessica leads a team of 250 across Brand, Customer Performance, Digital Trading, Proposition, CRM, Retail Media, Performance Marketing, In-House Creative, social media and Consumer PR.

Before joining The Very Group, Jessica sat on the Executive Committee of Metro Bank leading the marketing team. Prior to this she led the NatWest Group brand team, with responsibility across its 10 portfolio brands, and has held various brand and marketing roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney and at American Express in London.

Passionate about supporting the marketing industry, Jessica is a Fellow of The Marketing Academy and a member of The Marketing Society and Marketing Group of Great Britain.
