As CMO for The Very Group Jessica leads a team of over 200 across Brand, Customer Proposition, Partnerships, Performance Marketing, Creative Studio, Social and Consumer PR. As well as building the brand portfolio to deliver extraordinary customer experiences, the Marketing team have commercial responsibility for delivering new customer growth targets and driving retention of the existing customer base. Jessica is a brand and marketing specialist, with a track record of leading brands through transformational change. Before joining The Very Group, Jessica sat on the ExCo of Metro Bank leading the marketing team. Prior to this she led the RBS Brand team, with responsibility across its 10 portfolio brands, and has held various brand and marketing roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney and at American Express in London.
