Janet Yuen, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of LH Group Limited (HKEx:1978), brings a wealth of experience and a strategic vision to the company’s diverse portfolio of casual dining restaurants. Her expertise spans across various cuisines, including casual dining restaurants of Japanese and Chinese cuisines, lifestyle café. The group is actively expanding through innovative development of new concepts, strategic partnerships with local businesses, and the acquisition of globally renowned brands.
Before her tenure at LH Group Limited, Janet held the position of CEO at Hung’s Food Group, where she was responsible for overseeing popular quick service restaurant brands such as Yoshinoya and Maria’s Bakery, and food production facilities in Hong Kong. She was instrumental in driving the expansion of the F&B business within Hong Kong and its neighbouring regions, diversifying business models, and spearheading the enhancement of restaurant technology and customer -facing digital capabilities.
Janet’s impressive career trajectory in the F&B sector includes her role as CEO of KFC Hong Kong & Macau, where she focused on store expansion and the acceleration of digital capabilities. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Operations (Asia) for Pret A Manger, successfully leading the U.K.-based fast-casual brand’s expansion into Asia. Janet’s journey in the food and beverage retail industry began 20 years ago, with significant roles at esteemed companies such as Disney, Starbucks, and McDonald’s.
In addition to her extensive professional experience, Janet is holding an MBA from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy. She is an alumni of INSEAD, having attended an executive program on Digital Transformation.
