Emma is a much-loved mentor to industry talent. She is a Trustee of the Marketing Academy Foundation, and is supercharging her #slowthef*ckdown movement to help others prevent burnout. "Most of us need to slow down and focus on what really matters. I help leaders drive meaningful change and uncover what truly drives growth. There’s a lot of stress and pressure out there — many of us feel overwhelmed. We help people cut through the noise and focus on what matters most. You can have anything you want in life but there are two absolute conditions: You must know what you want (this is the hard bit) and you must believe you can have it."
