Ila De Mello Kamath is Global Planning Partner at Ogilvy leading the Masterbrand Strategy for Dove. She was previously Founding Partner at creative agency Jolly Rebellion whose mantra Make Good Trouble just about sums up her passion for purposefully disruptive creative ideas. Previously she was Head of planning at Brothers & Sisters and the Good Agency, but cut her teeth at Saatchi & Saatchi where she started as a graduate trainee and AMV BBDO where she was the UK’s most awarded planner. She has numerous IPA’s, APG’s and Marketing Society Awards to her name. She studied Architecture and Art History at Cambridge University, has a husband, daughter, two cats and loves travelling and art.
