Ms. Lee is a professional arts administrator and currently serves as the Executive Director of Hong Kong Ballet. She has held various management, planning, education and programming roles at several arts and cultural organizations in Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Dance Company, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Hong Kong Cultural Centre, and Hong Kong Fringe Club.

In 2010, she was appointed by the Li Ka Shing Foundation as the Executive Director of Cheung Kong School of Art and Design, Shantou University. She served as the Associate Dean in 2014 and was appointed as the Cultural and Artistic Development Director of Shantou University Sports Park in 2018. She is appointed by Chinese University Hong Kong as the Adjunct Associate Professor in 2024.

Ms. Lee is currently a member of several advisory committees, including:
Chinese University of Hong Kong Cultural Management Master Programme; School of Dance, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts; Chinese University Hong Kong (Shenzhen) Art Education Centre; School of Humanities and Social Science; and Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.

She is also an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Dance Alliance, a Board Director of Intercultural Dialogue Ltd. (the presenter of Matteo Ricci Musical), and an Honorary Advisor of Tang Ya Arts Studio.

李易璇女士

李女士現為香港芭蕾舞團行政總監，是一位專業的藝術行政管理人員，曾在香港多個文化藝術團體擔任管理、策劃及編程工作，包括香港劇團、香港舞蹈團、PIP文化產業有限公司、香港文化中心及香港藝穗會等。
2010年，她由李嘉誠基金會聘任為汕頭大學長江藝術與設計學院行政總監，2014年起出任副院長，2018年任汕頭大學體育園文化及藝術發展總監。

李女士現為多個顧問委員會成員，包括：香港中文大學文化管理碩士課程顧問委員會; 香港演藝學院舞蹈學院顧問委員會; 香港中文大學（深圳）藝術教育中心顧問委員會; 香港恆生大學人文社會科學院顧問委員會。

她於2024年被香港中文大學聘任為客席副教授。

她同時是香港舞蹈聯盟執行委員會成員、文化交談有限公司董事（利瑪竇音樂劇主辦單位），以及唐婭藝術工作室榮譽顧問。
