Guy is Creative Director of Bright Signals, (Marketing Society Scotland Star Agency of the Year 2025) based in Glasgow and Edinburgh. In the umpteen years he’s been in the industry, he has been a creative at The Union, The Leith Agency, Family, Story, his own agency Bond and The&Partnership’s creative studio at NatWest Group.
In 2019 he became Scottish Chair of The IPA, the first Creative Director to be invited to that role. His agenda ‘Creativity 2.0’ was a platform to amplify younger, diverse and less experienced industry voices and talent, whilst also breaking down ‘knowledge silos’ with a series of self-produced podcasts.
He’s a firm believer that creativity isn’t just a tool for persuasion - it’s the glue that binds our industry together. At its best, it unites people, unlocks culture, and runs through the DNA of every great agency.
