Grace Chua
CEO, Own Brands & Food Solutions Business, FairPrice Group
Grace Chua holds the position of CEO, Own Brands & Food Solutions Business at FairPrice Group. She is leading the scaling up of this new business unit which anchors FairPrice Group’s ambitions to expand internationally and become a leading Consumer Goods player in the region. Her scope encompasses building upstream sourcing capabilities and accelerating growth of FairPrice Group’s Own Brands – helping to keep daily essentials affordable in Singapore.
Grace joined FairPrice in 2017 and was previously the Managing Director, Chief Strategy Officer and deputy head of products. In 2022, Grace led FairPrice Group’s acquisition of OJJ, the leading pork processor in Singapore to build vertical integration in proteins.
A veteran in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, Grace held various senior global and regional leadership roles in Johnson & Johnson (J&J), including being the Asia Pacific Vice President for Baby Care where she led J&J’s largest Baby business globally. She was also a member of J&J’s Global Skincare Leadership Team and Asia Pacific Leadership Team. Grace started her career in Procter & Gamble Philippines.
In 2024, Grace was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the Most Powerful Women in Asia. Most recently, the Philippine Embassy in Singapore also recognized Grace as one of the leading Filipino trailblazers in Singapore.
