Re-connect, collaborate and celebrate: Join us in person for this year’s St Andrew’s Day Dinner 25 November 2021
This year’s St Andrew’s Day Dinner will take place on the 25th of November at the Sheraton Hotel in Edinburgh and is the perfect opportunity to finally get together in person to re-connect and catch up with colleagues and contacts, old and new.
We are delighted that Sophie Devonshire the CEO of The Marketing Society will be joining us as our host for the evening and will take us through proceedings.
We will also hear from Fiona Burton at her final formal role in the capacity of The Marketing Society Scotland Chair before she hands over to Rod Gillies.
As always, we will be awarding our Fellowships to leading members who have made a significant contribution to the Society as well as Honorary Fellowships to inspirational leaders in their own fields.
We will also award our Employer Brand of the Year - recognising the important role these organisations play in attracting, retaining and developing marketing talent in Scotland.
On the theme of collaboration, we will be sharing insights into some of the work The Macallan are currently working on with the legendary David Carson graphic designer, art director and surfer; the iconic artist Peter Blake and the classic car brand, Bentley. We will also hear from their Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell on the collaborative process in creating their remarkable liquid.
And finally, we will be showcasing some exciting emerging talent from the music scene in Scotland. Singer songwriters Joshua Grant from Edinburgh and Cara Rose from Glasgow.
Please join us for what should be a very special evening.
