Inspiration: Connections & Conversations – Sports, Brands and Community

HSBC Hong Kong, 10 March, 8:30am to 11:30am

Join us for an insightful discussion with brand leaders and sports experts as we unpack why sports matters to brands and why brands matter to sports.

With the global sports sponsorship market nearing USD100 billion, brands across industries continue to invest in sports as a key strategy to elevate their business.

At this event we'll host two sessions with the first focusing on why sports is such a powerful platform for brand visibility, how these partnerships have shaped business success, and whether traditional sports sponsorships still hold the same value in today’s rapidly changing marketing landscape.
Looking ahead, we’ll also examine how these relationships are expected to evolve over the next five years.

We'll then delve into the role of sports in the community for the second session, focusing on the challenges young athletes face on their path to professional success. What role do brands play in supporting these athletes, and how can they authentically contribute to their journeys? As the landscape of sponsorships becomes increasingly crowded, we’ll discuss how brands can stand out by demonstrating genuine commitment to the growth of local talent.

This event will provide valuable insights for anyone interested in the future of sports marketing, brand partnerships, and community impact.

A huge thank you to HSBC for powering this experience.
