Our Future Leaders programme of events have been developed over recent years to provide insights, inspiration and practical take-aways for Future Leader level members who are aspiring to senior roles in our industry.
This session will be hosted by John Denholm and his colleagues at the Denholm offices in Edinburgh and will be focused on building and leading diverse teams, with a deep dive into behaviours and competencies. Attendees will also be asked to complete a McQuaig Profiling Test to help future leaders identify and measure their core personality traits.
This session will be chaired by Kate Newton from Multiply (FLAG) & Ben Neilson from MadeBrave (FLAG).
