Artificial intelligence is now part of our everyday lives and, for brands, has reshaped the way we work, create, and connect with customers. But how are leading brands really using AI today? Where are the wins, the frustrations, and the lessons for marketers?

Join us for The AI Toolkit ran as a two-part conversation designed for marketing leaders, to explore what AI really means for business, creativity, and the customer of tomorrow.

We’ll open with a fireside chat between Zijing Wu, CFA, Hong Kong Bureau Chief/Asia Tech Correspondent at Financial Times, and Geraldine Chew, ex-K11 and Board Member of The Marketing Society Hong Kong.

Drawing on her reporting and analysis, Zijing will unpack the bigger picture of AI through the lens of Business and China including:

  • How AI is reshaping the economic and business landscape and through the lens of China
  • The pace and direction of AI innovation across sectors
  • The interplay between policy, regulation, and technological advancement
  • What global and regional brands can learn from China’s AI ecosystem

This discussion will give marketing leaders a broader geopolitical and economic context for the decisions they’re making today.

Following on from Zijing and Geraldine's fireside chat, Wilson Ng, Head of Mid-Market, Google Customer Solutions will talk about how search is changing in the face of AI, and what this means for marketing leaders building future-ready brands.

We’ll look at how AI is transforming:

  • How customers discover brands, content, and products
  • The changing role of search, recommendation engines, and conversational interfaces
  • The implications for brand visibility, measurement, and performance
  • How marketers can adapt their strategies to stay discoverable and relevant

And as always, we’ll make space for what our members love most, and that is meaningful conversations. You’ll have time before and after the sessions to connect with peers, share experiences, and build relationships across the marketing and advertising community.

With huge thanks to Financial Times for hosting our experience and supporting our community.

Geraldine Chew will be hosting the event.
