Marketing teams are being reshaped in real time.
Roles are changing, skill gaps are widening, and teams now span multiple generations with very different expectations of work, growth and leadership. Yet many organisations are still trying to build capability with old structures, stretched teams and job descriptions that no longer reflect the reality of the work.
This Coffee & Conversation will bring together marketing leaders to unpack what this means in practice. From hiring for roles that barely existed a few years ago, to reskilling teams without burning them out, to leading Gen Z alongside more experienced talent, the discussion will focus on what is working, what is proving difficult and where leaders are still figuring things out.
This is not a presentation or a formal talent briefing. It is a practical conversation shaped by the room, giving members the chance to learn from each other’s experiences and leave with sharper thinking on how marketing teams can stay effective, motivated and future-ready. The session will be facilitated by Grace Chan.
Coffee & Conversation is an intimate, Members-only gathering that brings a small group together for an open discussion around the topics that matter most to them. There is no formal agenda and no presentations, simply a thoughtful working session with people navigating similar questions and challenges.
