The marketing industry continues to move through a period of significant change. From mergers and acquisitions to shifting budgets and organisational restructures, many marketers are navigating uncertainty, transition, and complex career moments.
As a people-first society, The Marketing Society Singapore is bringing the community together to start the year with honesty, connection, and practical support.
This experience is designed to help marketers stay grounded, resilient, and confident during times of change. As we kick off 2026, the evening blends insight, reflection, and shared experience—ensuring participants leave feeling supported, steadier, and better equipped to navigate what’s ahead.
The session will be delivered in two connected parts:
-
Resilience keynote: Led by an experienced coach and former industry leader, this opening keynote will share practical techniques for managing uncertainty, self-doubt, and rejection. Drawing on real-world experience, the session will focus on how to build resilience, maintain perspective, and continue to show up with clarity and confidence during periods of change.
-
Facilitated small-group coaching conversations: Following the keynote, participants will break into small groups of 8–10, each facilitated by a coach. These sessions are designed to go deeper, creating space for open discussion, shared challenges, and real questions. Together, participants will explore how to navigate change, address current concerns, and support one another through transition. Career positioning and personal brand will be woven naturally into the conversation, grounded in real experiences rather than templates or profiles.
As always, there will be time for open conversation, peer connection, and shared experience, reinforcing that no one is navigating this moment alone.
This is a session designed not only to support and equip marketers with practical tools, but to bring the community together at a time when connection, confidence, and shared experience matter more than ever.
