We will look at why traditional solutions, usually trying to build knowledge, often fail. We will then bring alive, with case studies, three new behavioural science-inspired approaches that will make you think differently about how you approach the intention-action gap and how to close it. 

Specifically, looking at how to reduce the gap by:

  1. Build irresistible motivations.
  2. Leverage social pressure to take action 
  3. Make an action feel smaller by reframing
