We bring together the best of new talent each year to help build relationships with like-minded marketers. Over one day this year's cohort of rising star marketers will cover a range of topics within marketing leadership.
Time is spent focusing on equipping delegates with the skills, tools and insights to use in their everyday working life to continue to flourish and grow in their career.
Over one day, we bring together the best new talent to cover a range of marketing leadership topics. Inspiring speakers from the industry share their personal stories and knowledge along with their key pieces of advice and wisdom. We cover many different aspects of leadership from digital, team building, and creativity as well as hearing from established leaders at the top of their game.

This is a leadership development programme for marketers who have between 5-10 years’ experience (Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Senior Manager level) and are looking to build on their personal development and gain the tools they need to take the next step on their leadership journey.
Applications are accepted through the CMOs from each of our Business Team Members. Each Business Team has two places on the programme.
