This 90 minute virtual session will be delivered by leadership coach Anni Townend and principal director, leadership & culture at Accenture Russ Pocock, and will focus how you can become the marketing leader you want to be more of the time, through managing your energies and helping others to manage theirs. Through the workshop, Anni and Russ will help you to:
Build your understanding of the four energies of a marketing leader
The four energies of a marketing leader are the physical, mental, emotion and spirit. We’ll explore what gives you energy, what drains your energy, what you can do to manage it,
Be at your best more of the time
How you can be at your best more of the time versus just surviving? The role of different energies, exploring triggers and how to manage triggers.
In this highly engaging and interactive workshop you’ll learn practical tools and ideas that you can take back use in your role and business to help you be the marketing leader you want to be for more of the time. It might also whet your appetite to learn more about and consider applying to join future MLP courses.

Anni is a leadership partner, coach and mentor to executive teams and senior leaders, as well as being an author, facilitator, entrepreneur and podcast host of Leaders in Conversation with Anni Townend. Anni has over thirty years experience of working with senior leaders in a wide range of organisations, industries and sectors. She is a close colleague of Steve Radcliffe, author of Leadership Plain and Simple and creator of the Future Engage Deliver approach to leadership.
