Dr Victoria Hurth is an Independent Pracademic working to align decisions with long-term wellbeing for all through effective purpose-driven governance. Victoria is a Fellow of the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, and is currently Project Leader of the first international standard in Purpose-Driven Organisations (ISO37011). She serves as a non-executive Director for Soil Association Certification Ltd, governance advisor for Planet Mark, impact advisor for UnaTerra and general advisor for the Association of Quality Economics. 

She previously supported the UN on the methodology for sustainability reporting (SDG 12.6.1), and has led pioneering standards in Governance of Organisations (ISO37000), and Purpose-Driven Organisations (PAS808). Victoria has more than 25 years’ global experience in company transformation, previously working for 3M and Accenture as well as developing cutting edge theory as an Associate Professor of Sustainable Business and Marketing.
