EY-Parthenon Reshaping Results

The British economy has faced a turbulent couple of years, with Brexit uncertainty preceding the mayhem caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The work the Reshaping Results team at EY-Parthenon do is uniquely designed to help businesses struggling through such upheaval come out the other side.

Reshaping Results is focused on the C-suite and opens up the opportunity for pull-through and sell-on. Projects are short, sharp, pacey, and high value, building relationships at the highest level within the organisation and providing EY-Parthenon with an opportunity to sell a longer-term transformation project.

With post-Covid government stimulus reduced and the uncertain geopolitical climate impacting the economy, we saw that there would be an influx of insolvencies and distress in the market.
