In March 2015 inside a Café Nero in Fulham, Garry Dods shared his vision on a few A4 sheets of paper successfully converting his first fearless team member. And, not in a weird cult kind of way but rather with a real insight that genuinely asked questions of the current marketing status quo.
His plan was to develop and champion a psychology-led approach to creativity that not only drives client growth but inspires the industry to make braver choices leading to more commercially creative work.
It’s now February 2019. At just 4 years old, the WeAreFearless Team is now 34 people strong. We’ve made tyres matter to people (tyres!) via a multi-award winning pan-European Olympic Brand Campaign for Bridgestone Europe. Pitched against some of the biggest and best agencies in London and won. Worked in 10 international markets (in 2018 alone) beside the UK. Taken home the trophy (and many more) for Best Young Agency 2018 at the BT Sports Industry Awards; and worn wetsuits together way, way too many times. But more about that...
