Calvin Innes is a fandom and pop culture strategist, consultant and keynote speaker who helps brands, agencies and organisations understand the most loyal, passionate and commercially underestimated audiences on the planet. He is considered a leading expert on fandom engagement, pop culture strategy, and community driven marketing.

His career began in design, moved through creative direction, and included nearly a decade running his own agency. He has spent the past 25 years specialising in fandom and culture strategy across major agency groups and independents. He's a lifelong sneakerhead, ex-skater and athlete, gamer, film and comic book nerd, which shapes his work from the inside rather than as an outside observer of fan culture.

Calvin is the author of Fandom Power: Marketing in the Age of Nerd Culture and co-founder and CCO of The Forge Group. He has delivered keynotes and workshops at industry conferences worldwide, including at Cannes, Golden Drum, COP and TEDx. He served as Jury President at Golden Drum and sat on juries at Cannes Lions, D&AD New Blood, and MMA Smarties and consults for brands including Sony, MINI, Paramount, Adidas, HBO, Pokémon and Xbox.
