Ben is a Work Futurist at JLL. With an eclectic background spanning Education, Entertainment, Technology and Design has led Ben to be best described as a “expert generalist”; he specialises in not specialising.

In his current role, Ben leads JLL's Global Cognitive Experience Design practice; incorporating Consulting and Co-Innovation Practices focussed on scientific design. He also leads JLL’s Global Work Futures Strategy Lab, investigating the impact of emerging technologies in augmenting and automating various parts of the real estate value chain.
