She feels strongly about the impact of women supporting women. As a co-leader of Mentor Walks Singapore and an Executive Sponsor of Veeam's 'Women in Green' program, Belinda actively mentors others and consistently seeks opportunities to uplift women in her network.

Understanding the importance of business acumen, she emphasizes the power of strong sales and business stakeholder partnerships on success.
