Adrian is a leading brand marketer with over twenty years’ experience, including senior leadership roles at Eurostar, Barclays, Unilever and Nestle at Ogilvy Advertising. He specialises in building brands from the inside out.
He is currently the Managing Director of Brands with Values whose patent pending platform Culture Decoder specialises in using Culture Diagnostics in order to drive sales and commercial capability development.
Throughout his career, Adrian has had a proven, results driven track record and winner of multiple awards.
Adrian is co-founder of BAME2020, a multi-award-winning social enterprise which focuses on encouraging more people from diverse ethnic backgrounds into the marketing, media and communications sector.
He is a primary school governor, a Freeman of the Haberdashers Company and an emerging author and keynote speaker on brand, people and culture. He has spoken at Marketing Society events on many occasions.
