Most recently, she served as Vice President of Women’s Brand Marketing at Nike, leading high-impact campaigns that fueled the explosion of women’s sport — including Nike’s celebrated return to the Super Bowl with the So Win campaign and the launch of four-time MVP A’ja Wilson’s signature shoe. She also held senior leadership roles driving Nike’s global digital marketing strategy, shaping the consumer experience for the Nike App, Nike Running Club, and Nike Training Club to connect millions of athletes to sport worldwide. Before Nike, Wendy led marketing for Aerie, fueling one of American Eagle’s fastest-growing brands and building deep relevance with Gen Z consumers. She also scaled MISSION, a cooling technology company co-founded by Serena Williams and Dwyane Wade. A former Stanford lacrosse player, she brings a passionate commitment to building brands that empower athletes, elevate women’s sport, and create lasting cultural impact.
